We currently use Jonas Premier in all aspects of our organization. As a commercial painting company, Jonas Premier allows us to manage and track information for projects, vendors, and customers. One problem that Jonas has solved for us is processing accounts payable and receivable in an organized way. We love the Sub Pay App feature, that allows our subcontractors to invoice us in an easy and streamlined way.
Pros
- Jonas has features that make managing every aspect of a project possible. This eliminates the need for multiple software and makes all the information easily accessible for all departments.
- Jonas is constantly improving and adding new features to fit their customer's needs. The Sub Pay app is an example of this and has helped our workflow tremendously.
Cons
- We would love to see the interface continued to be improved visually and made more customizable.
- We would like a reporting feature for the Sub Pay App automatic email delivery. This will help us keep track of links that are not getting to our subcontractors.
Likelihood to Recommend
Jonas is well suited for the construction industry and for trades that work in construction. The functionality and features are set up to streamline the processes that take place daily, weekly, and monthly. You are also able to manage the big picture and track your company's information for multiple years, making it a scalable software. Our administration and project managers can streamline work from the field to the office through Jonas and we feel that is one of the biggest benefits to Jonas.
