Junior Systems Administrator | POS Programming Specialist in Information Technology at AIKG LLC (501-1000 employees employees)
Pros
Almost everything you need is on one screen and very little configuration is needed.
Support for many different file types and the ability to upload to social media from the program is great.
Editing video is super easy!
Cons
The advertisements to upgrade need to go. I understand you guys gotta make money but I already paid for the product I have and I don't need a popup every time I open the program telling me there is an upgrade available for $xx.99.
Better documentation on how to use certain plugins.
DirectorZone is pointless.
Return on Investment
Positive. Makes my life easier as the "go to guy" for editing videos that need to be done "yesterday"
Positive. The price point is fantastic for a full feature video editor.
Positive. Saves on us having to have an Adobe license just for Premiere Pro.

Director / Lead Presenter in Corporate at Chad Von Dette's Self-Defense & Martial Arts (1-10 employees employees)
Pros
It does everything the more expensive versions provide. Plus they send updates to give you the best version of their program.
I like that the program comes with many transitions, etc. to give you the most options available for video editing.
I really like that they started a yearly service that gives you all of their programs and updates as they come available. I've upgraded for years and now I don't have to. I have all the upgrades as they come.
Cons
Some areas of the program can be hard to find when you get the most recent updates.
It would be nice to have more tutorials to find out where the different upgraded options for editing are located in the program.
Some of the plugin features can be hard to find once installed. It would nice to have a "Plugin" button that could take you to all of the options available.
Return on Investment
I've had plenty of compliments on the professional editing of my videos.
The ROI is so minimal it's worth every penny spent. Professional videos that you can do yourself is always a winner.
The only negative is the potential learning curve. It takes some time to learn the program and find where all of the features are located.

General Manager (11-50 employees employees)
Pros
Quick and easy video and audio editing.
Great transition options.
Cons
The blurring feature can be tricky to figure out and remember how to do. It can also be inconsistent in how implementation works.
The feature for putting title cards into the video is a little tricky too.
Return on Investment
I think it helps assure the customers that there is support for the product.
