- Podio is somewhat limited when it comes to complex functionality, however they are beginning to address that with their "Workflows" feature. Still, it's crucial that each user know what is expected of them, such as which fields or apps are their responsibility to maintain
- The iPhone app needs to be easier to navigate
Likelihood to Recommend
Podio is very flexible, have a look at their app market to see all of the various functions people are using it for. It's similar to a spreadsheet in that it's useful for engineering calculations as well as accounting tasks and numerous other applications.
