PinFlux Tutorial 5 Follow Unfollow

Take a look at the Pinflux tutorial on following and unfollowing boards and users tab. The following boards and users tab is completely independent of the user’s board.

This is we always follow or unfollow another user’s boards. To get started click on the follow board tab, next click on settings. 

Fill in the details such as keywords, customise the auto-follow option and schedule the same. Next click on search results tab to check what Pinflux has pulled out.

Depending on the automation level you have selected Pinflux will either add the search results directly to the queue or alternately it will let you curate the content.

The Pending Boards tab will show you the list of boards you have added to the queue. All you need to do is keep Pinflux running in the background and it will follow boards as per schedule set.

Pinflux will also track your growth over time graphically. The process for following users is also exactly the same. Instead of clicking on Follow Board this time you got to click on Follow Users.

Just like Pending Boards, the Pending Users tab will give you the list of users added to the queue. Once again you will be see your growth graphically.

Besides following Pinflux also allows you to Unfollow Boards and Users. To use this feature click on the Unfollow tab, go to settings.

You can auto schedule unfollow for those who are not following or have less followers. This allows you to filter out and unfollow those boards which are not of much use.

The same procedure is to be followed to Unfollow Users too. This helps you to maintain a balance between your follows and others following you.
