AT Internet is utilized by Marketing Digital group and furthermore Communication teams. AT Internet is utilized to break down the conduct of workers on another web and Android application project. AT internets are a mind-blowing apparatus to get what clients like and aversion. It assists us with taking care of our own dashboard through APIs with logical information.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

AT Internet is used within the Data Department of our agency. We help our clients implementing it and then exploit all the data, especially for the Marketing departments of our clients.

Pros

GDPR compliance, especially for the french market.
Customers support, very easy to contact, and get an answer.

Cons

Data export through Data Query is usually failing. However, a new engine has been developed and should fix it.
API connection, not as easy as Google Analytics

Likelihood to Recommend

AT Internet is well suited, especially for french companies due to the reinsurance of having a french solution (and not foreign like Google) to manipulate visitors' data. Also, GDPR compliant systems are beneficial to avoid having to ask for the consent of visitors.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

AT Internet is used as an analytics solution for some of our clients in the Energy department in my case. We used this solution to follow the usage of mobile applications. One of the main goals was to have feedback about the main application functionalities used by users. We were also interested in distribution in the mobile device space (Android, iOS). About the last point, we noted an improvement: AT Internet doesn't give the details on Apple devices and it was impossible to get the Apple model detail. Indeed, the analytics information about Apple devices just says "iPhone", unlike Android smartphones ("Samsung model A3," for example).

Pros

The new interface simplifies the reading of main information, especially the number of hits by day/month.
The distribution devices/web navigator and the related versions (except an improvement for Apple devices).

Cons

Smart SDK: the idea of configuring custom analytics in a deported interface and not in the application code is great. But in fact, the functionality is hard to use and the pairing is very difficult. We needed your support to solve the pairing, but after that the configuration is perfectible. For example, we had synchronization/refreshment problems in the user interface.
In the end, we didn't use the functionality
As described in the previous question, the improvement must be done on the Apple information devices.

Likelihood to Recommend

AT Internet is well suited in usage reporting by day, week, month, etc. It is also well suited to get geographical hits and to know the target of the user (web navigator, smartphone, etc.). I think AT Internet is powerful for marketing/advertising, but I cannot confirm that (not my business project).

We use AT Internet on our sites and apps to collect information about usage. We use this information to report statics for the shareholders and use it for internal optimisation.

Extend the data visualisation with more options
Make queries faster by adding more power to the calculating computers

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

AT Internet is being used by my organization for several of our web apps to gather usage stats and analytics. It allows us to get useful insight into how our products are being used and enables us to make business decisions on how to improve or change our products in the future.

Pros

Traffic reporting.
Good graphing.

Cons

User interface takes a bit of getting used to.
Restricted in number of custom parameters that can be reported.

AT Internet is good for general web sites or web apps where you want solid analytics for general page views or user actions. It is easy to look at cross sections for different browsers or mobile devices and if you want to track usage statistics across multiple products.
