Awesome product for small businesses that makes payments easier

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

PaycheckCity is a great tool for us that helps us complete payroll simply and easily. It easily calculates all taxes, sends tax forms, etc. It has simplified our payout process immensely and has saved our team time. It is not utilized by all of our team, but definitely those on the admin side.

Pros

  • Great for smaller organizations
  • Support team is wonderful and can assist with any efforts
  • They offer a free trial
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • I wish there was more documentation online
  • Free calculator tools on the site
  • Have more documentation online

Likelihood to Recommend

I would definitely recommend this. It works especially well for smaller businesses and is a super reasonable price so that makes it a great option for companies who are not very large.

PaycheckCity is a great platform that allows us to make payments to our team members and keep track of payroll in a simple interface. It has simplified our payroll process immensely and has saved us a lot of time.

  • Simple interface that makes sense.
  • Saves a lot of time.
  • Makes payments easy
  • Keeps track of everything so it is easy to reference and go back to.
  • Keeps us organized.

Cons

  • Could have more functionality but it is definitely great for the cost.
  • More responsive support team.

This is a great tool that works extremely well for smaller businesses. I am not sure how it would perform against enterprise tools.

PaycheckCity is being used to keep track and maintain our payroll. It makes our payroll simple and easy and it is super low cost as well. It has helped to streamline the entire process.

Pros

  • Easily generates reports and year end tax data
  • Does not limit or add to cost when needing more resources
  • Saves us tons of time by streamlining the process

Cons

  • Support could answer quickly
  • I like the 14 day trial but should be longer to really see how it can be used
