They are used to create content collections for email marketing and chat widgets. We upload marketing collateral/ assets to PathFactory and create curated content tracks by topic, buying stage, product, and role. It gives prospects and customers a better experience because they can get all the relevant info they need in one link rather than spending time browsing and searching for the content they are interested in. It helps us create more concise and targeted marketing experiences since we can collect everything into one link.

Pathfactory team is very hands on. They make sure that all our needs are addressed, requests are taken into consideration (and they make good progress in granting most of requests), and that they are on top of everything. They are so proactive in setting weekly calls to make sure that we maximize the tool and that we have no concerns at all.
I use PathFactory to create interactive user experiences for email marketing. My colleagues and I upload a variety of marketing offers (e.g., briefs, checklists, infographics, videos, etc.) to the content library. Then we add them to either content tracks or explore pages, customizable experiences that allow users to navigate through multiple resources on one page.

PathFactory did a great job in assets consumption increase as well as overall improvement of the user journey. Chosen tools gave an opportunity to consume the assets in a great suitable way with an addition of context-based personalized recommendations. On the other hand, there were some minor technical issues that affected the overall experience with the product.
PathFactory is an excellent tool for creating tailor-made content journeys for targeted campaigns. Beyond the clear use cases for a tool like PathFactory, the ease of use is exceptional.

Best use case was ability to share with our sales team to send a set of content to existing customers and new prospects allowing them to consume as much or as little content as possible. Not so great tool for internal education Thomson Reuters uses a platform called Advisor. I view PF platform as a customer facing tool excellent for content sharing.
It has been an amazing experience in using Pathfactory! It provides a consolidated place for all collaterals. It has been an innovative experience which gives fuel to the creativity of reaching out to our customers enriching the customer experience.

Pathfactory is really an amazing asset for customer centric campaigns
PathFactory is a great tool that we use in email marketing. It allows us to serve up multiple pieces of curated content to our contacts within one interaction. We also love the detailed tracking capabilities - we are able to see how long users viewed our tracks, down the second, so that we can thoughtfully tailor our content selection. We love PathFactory!
