Great Product, lousy Customer Service

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

For business meetings where a lot of planning is set in motion.

Pros

  • Keeping meeting notes.
  • Indexes Topics
  • Playback from script.
  • Automatically logs onto meetings listed in my calendar.

Cons

  • Customer service is terrible--zero customer interaction.
  • Billing system is questionable--was billed for two other accounts just because they were connected to my company.
  • Slow to take care of billing issues.

It assists with the process of ensuring that no notes are left behind and that action items are followed through on. Otter.ai is a great guide for your business processes, keeping everyone aboveboard & reducing time in review.
