We haven't gone beyond on-premises for security purposes. Cloud is convenient at times, but for our purposes we cannot allow our data to be the responsibility of Amazon or Google.

I have used it in my on prem homelab environment and combined with CI/CD performing rolling updates as changes are made makes it helpful to use in constantly changing environments.
