We used Opensense to target specific domains with banners, have custom banners for specific departments like Growth, CSMs, Implementation, leadership, and Sales. These banners would range from things like marketing webinars, end-of-year promos for net new logos, growth promos for current customers, showcase new features, and drive reviews to review sites like TrustRadius.
Pros
Target domains
Easy change between departments
Easy banner swaps
Cons
UI is very clunky
A ton in pipeline, but not much dev happening
Targeting is restricted to only like 300 people

Opensense is well-suited for most orgs that have different departments with different objectives, but want a cohesive brand experience across their email signatures. It's also a great way to monitor email signatures and control them in one platform. Less appropriate would be in orgs that are more disorganized and not ready for email marketing efforts.
It allows us to very easily streamline how we set up email signatures across our organization for security, branding purposes, and integrating with our email platforms.
Pros
Follows latest best practices in email security and compliance
Allows users to customize email signatures across individuals and platforms
Monitors any potential risks with branding and reputation
Cons
Syncing issues with external email platforms can affect performance
Real time security or compliance alerts can be delayed at times
Analytics can be improved with more detail based on usage by user/team and historical performance

This solution is well suited for providing meaningful insights on brand reputation, compliance, and developing email/content strategies for marketing and sales team members. It integrates with email marketing software and provides very customizable analytics. It is not appropriate to be treated as a standalone email and content marketing solution, rather as an add-on to those tools.
Opensense is a great tool for inserting marketing campaign banners into email signatures. You can decide the audiences, and strategically place a banner in a sales rep's email signature based on where the prospect is in the funnel. It helps enhance any ABM strategy. Not only that, but it also creates cohesion and consistency across your org when it pertains to these email signatures. All of your employees will have the same look and feel to their signature.
Pros
Email Analytics
Signature Compliance
Integrations with other Marketing Tools
Cons
UI could use some improvement
Better support center and articles
More integrations

It is well suited if you have a decent-sized sales team and a more advanced segmentation strategy for your marketing efforts. For example, if you have a wide range of content at your disposal to promote, and you have a sales team working on various different accounts at different sizes and stages in the buying journey. It is less appropriate if you just want to use it to power your email signatures with no efforts towards promoting.
