Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Ondato for the AML screening, clients' remote identification, as well as for ordering the reports from the Companies Houses of almost all countries of the world.

Pros

  • Easy to use and user friendly platform
  • Fast response to the requests
  • Friendly staff and support team

Cons

  • It would be excellent to get the information to users email after the client's remote identification is completed.
  • It would be nice to get the reports for Polish Companies House (www.Biznes.gov.pl)

Return on Investment

  • We trust Ondato information from the sanctions lists and save our time not checking clients in several sanctions lists.
  • We trust Ondato and fearlessly use Ondato system for checking information of the natural and legal persons.

We use Ondato for customers identification, WEB/Sanctions/Mass media check. We have more than 7k identified users and use Ondato almost every day. We are very happy of Ondato services.

Pros

  • Identification process flow. It's simple and easy to follow.
  • Customer service is simply amazing. We get prompt answers, quick problems solving, friendly communication.
  • They always care about customers and their needs.

Cons

  • It would be nice if they could send us an email after some changes happens with customer's profile. Not sure, maybe they have this function and I don't know about it.:)
