Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Was looking for a platform with low fees to trade tokenized assets. Great that they integrate and tokenize bonds and funds. Also great to not be involved with the "blockchain" as I'm not too much of a techie. The legal team helped with some trading questions for different countries as well. I used the online platform, but I think they offer other options too. The onboarding was smooth, with well-educated people on the other side.

Increased Liquidity: the tokenized assets are made more liquid and tradable, opening up new investment opportunities for our clients
From the end user's / investor's perspective, the blockchain is totally in the background. They do not have to directly interface with it or even think about it.
The team is responsive, helpful and friendly
We too believe in their vision that a great part of the financial industry will be on-chain in the near future

Cons

There is still some limited awareness in the market about the benefits of tokenization

Use of Polygon blockchain means cheaper fees. Navigating regulations in different geographies can still be challenging, fortunately Nyala's legal team is there to support

When working with financial issuers looking for innovative solutions, I always refer to the team of NYALA. They always impress me with their expertise in tokenization, have the longest experience in this new business sector and can provide excellent advice. In my experience, they convince with the maximum digitization of the entire tokenization process, which also entails the subscription process. And, in my opinion, compared to traditional providers, they save significantly in fees.

Pros

The strong legal team understands the implications of the tech and successfully helps navigating regulations in different geographies.
Combination of online platform and API integration for maximum user experience.
Pioneering the digitalization of the financial industry and shaping regulatory decision making.

Cons

There is still a lack of a secondary market for the tokenized securities. Fortnuately, this is going to change soon when the regulation finds common ground.
They should engage more in raising the industries' awareness of tokenization to raise the adaption rate and give the whole sector more tailwinds.

In my opinion, if you plan to issue a security of large volume with more digitalization and maximum cost efficiency, NYALA is definately your partner to choose.
