Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We switched to Net2Phone as our first internet phone service ever and it has been a pleasure to have such simplicity with a phone company. Easy installation and set-up, and easy use. The best part is the phone app, which allows us to set up ring groups--allowing our desk phone to rollover to our private cell phones, and with the app, for the phone to know and display that it is a business call coming in before deciding to answer it. It is great to be able to use a cell phone as an extension of the business phone, with all the same functions, voicemail, etc.

Cons
- Sometimes calls seem to drop after only 2 rings, or no one is there when you pick up on 2nd ring.
Return on Investment
- Having a predictable, constant monthly charge is a blessing, vs varying charges, makes it easy to budget overhead.
- Having the ease of control in our own hands for changing company and individual settings saves time and effort.
