Communication made easy!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We switched to Net2Phone as our first internet phone service ever and it has been a pleasure to have such simplicity with a phone company. Easy installation and set-up, and easy use. The best part is the phone app, which allows us to set up ring groups--allowing our desk phone to rollover to our private cell phones, and with the app, for the phone to know and display that it is a business call coming in before deciding to answer it. It is great to be able to use a cell phone as an extension of the business phone, with all the same functions, voicemail, etc.

Pros

  • Rolls calls over to multiple phones in succession after a designated number of rings.
  • Allows full access to voicemail and all settings through the app on your cell phone.
  • One set same bill every month. No more long distance charges!
  • Easy to block phone numbers (robocalls)
  • Individual user login and setup for personalized functions
  • Easy to use personalized hold music

Cons

  • Sometimes calls seem to drop after only 2 rings, or no one is there when you pick up on 2nd ring.

Return on Investment

  • Having a predictable, constant monthly charge is a blessing, vs varying charges, makes it easy to budget overhead.
  • Having the ease of control in our own hands for changing company and individual settings saves time and effort.

6+ years or use and I still like it

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We eliminated physical phones and implemented remote technologies to reduce the down times in operational duties. Making this decision helpes the company to increase our reliability and trust when natural disasters, abroad travelling, remote assistance, absentism not doesn't even hurt the operation. Glad to use Net2Phone for the last 6+ years and will definitely continu doing so.

Pros

  • High quality sound
  • Stable web application
  • Great support 24/7

Cons

  • User training for self adjustments on basic tasks
  • Onboarding
  • Clarification on functionality

Return on Investment

  • Awesome reduction on local costs for telefony
  • Negative, not as many to even mention them

The ability to make phone calls from within one app is really awesome!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

With its budget-friendly prices and good audio quality, when I've had to call customer support, they were helpful, and simple, clean software with all the features small/medium businesses require, it's one of the most cost-effective options I've found for my business.

Pros

  • I am impressed with the customer service.
  • The ease of modifying online access and app access.
  • I would recommend this service to small scale businesses in particular.

Cons

  • Sometimes I have faced trouble hearing the other person on the phone, so I had to disconnect and re-call.
  • Auto Attendant and Call Routing can be frustrating.
  • There should be an option to print text messages directly from my dashboard.

Return on Investment

  • A great user experience and easy to use interface.
  • Despite the low monthly costs, the quality of the calls is excellent.
  • For those who do not use Microsoft phone software, this can be problematic.

When you want consistent connectivity Net2Phone is the way to go

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Net2Phone as our primary source for out and inbound calling. We also use them for video meetings.

Pros

  • Does a great job of staying in service
  • Allows one to pay their bill online with reminders of due dates
  • Allows for many features that make us more productive

Cons

  • A little convoluted to use their video conferencing.....Huddle
  • Not always easy to call forward my calls
  • Have a different voice for their recording of a welcome menu

Return on Investment

  • Hard to quantify.
  • We seem to get more clear voice mails
  • The ability to get an email when you miss a call and can access your voice mail from anywhere helps with managing time

Ultimate Small Package For Calling & Support

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

If we see Net2Phone at our level , its one of the best VoIP application whereas it not only gives you the VoIP calling but a lot of features like integeration with other applications like Teams/Zoho etc , Remote access, web calling and much more. It was difficult to manage and support users remotely as we are in MS projects, but after using it our life changed and instead of using multiple apps we can now use same app to talk to user & support remotely along with other usable features. I don't think any other VoIP app is having so many features in the market at single point.

Pros

  • Web Calling
  • Remote Access
  • Auto attendant
  • Unlimited International Calling

Cons

  • I think at performance level it is still to be improved as many time we face hang issues but i think that can be imrpoved soon by the company
  • Having different configuration UIs on Web/App/Cloud, where it makes difficult to remmeber the exact places where to make changes. THere should be some syncing in configuration options
  • service support to be improved.

Return on Investment

  • Reduced time of support to our users
  • Problems if it hangs once and can be time consuming to restore you task in in between anything
  • Not sure about ROI but for the organization it should have benn reduced as using only 1 application now instead of 2 or 3.
