We use it as our main solution across 3 datacenters, We wanted a solution to have at least some portability and be able to have encrypted and immutable backups without having to spend on expensive and specific hardware. All that features were included in Nakivo. What completed our selection checklist was the pre and after sales support which one of the best I have encuntered in my 25 year career! Kudos!

We use NAKIVO Backup & Replication to back up our VPS servers and NAS devices. The UI and features are quite satisfactory with plenty of expansion possibilities. We liked the new MSP feature where you can give specific access to users for specific machines. There are features that we would like to be integrated such as the ability to exclude directories, the creation of an image for bare metal restore as well as the creation of Plesk integration to use NAKIVO Backup & Replication as a Plesk backup tool.
The support team response quick and they are more willing to help than expected no matter what the problem is.
