I have been using Mozilla Firefox personally and professionally for almost 20 years. As an IT professional, I regularly use all three major browsers but Firefox has always been easy to use and easy to control. The other browsers were much harder to make do what you wanted, how you wanted. Today, the other browsers are falling in line but Firefox is still the most comfortable to use.

Firefox is well suited for any browsing situation. I always recommend having all three major browsers in case you run across a website that acts funny, You can try another to check the site, but in my experience, there hasn't been an issue like that for Firefox in a long time.
Most of our developers use Mozilla Firefox daily both as our normal browser and as part of our web development processes.
The browser offers many extensions to help develop websites and its own internal dev tools allow us to inspect and adjust websites on the go. The network tools also allow our devops team to inspect traffic and debug any performance issues.

Mozilla Firefox allows our developers to work on websites well and quickly and we're able to iterate fast over development work. There are many extensions to install to improve the life of developers such as colour pickers, google tag manager helper, etc. It is also just a great browser for normal day to day usage.
