Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I am a recruiter in a staffing company, fetching profiles according to clients' requirements. Monster.com helps the recruiter and the organization to find qualified candidates according to their business needs. Monster.com has many candidates for every location and different skill sets. Monster.com also provides job posting features and resume filtering, reducing the turnaround time. The scope of my use case is Monster.com job posting and sourcing candidates itself complete the entire cycle of recruitment, which helps me to attract the candidate from the job posting, and if they are not aware of the job posting, we can use the ATS or sourcing tool to reach them if they are fit for the role.
