Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Collab, collab, collab. It is fantastic for small teams to align and be productive towards same goals. It has boosted how we communicate and how quickly our ideas evolve. I could not go back to using a certain Office product from my past.
Pros
- Collaborative emails/drafts.
- Media sharing is streamlined.
- Highly flexible to external software/services.
Cons
- Search functionality needs some work.
Return on Investment
- Overall efficiency in our communication has probably tripled. We can draw a collaborative conclusion, in-office or remote, desktop or remote, within minutes assuming we are all available.
- We realize we are still "under-utilizing" this app. It can be a powerhouse if mastered.
