We also house our contacts in the Method database and keep current activities in relation to customers in each account. I enjoy the ease of accessing client information along with totality of client history that is easily accessible.

Method is a solid database for all types of business uses. With the option to work alongside QuickBooks - Method is a must have tool. You can easily export information into workbooks for external use. We would like to see an option to add customizable promotional ad's for our customers but we currently use a third party service for that. It would make it easier if we were able to do that in the same spot where all of our contacts are currently housed.
We use Method as the CRM for our sales team. It ties to our accountings QuickBooks. It helps us keep track of our customers, communication, and email campaigns.
