Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Maxemail is used by our marketing department as our main email provider for sending newsletters and triggered emails to our customers and prospects. It gives us the ability to personalise and customise emails providing a great email experience for our lists. With maxemail we handle customer segmentation, email personalisation, customer lifecycle emails, dynamic content, promotions, and reporting.

  • Maxemail has a very powerful platform with a lot of capabilities.
  • Maxemail does dynamic email building and personalisation very well and gives you tools to do incredible things.
  • Maxemail provides fantastic deliverability for our emails.

Cons

  • Maxemail lacks a lot of the 'add-ons' companies like mailchimp and others provide - such as landing pages and Zapier integration - but they don't need these features really and the features they do have excel above and beyond other companies.
  • Maxemail user interface looks daunting and was hard to teach to some people.
