Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to see if people read emails I sent. This is an important tool to know if leads are receiving the emails I am sending or if they are reaching their spam folder. If I see they are receiving and opening - it allows me to continue sending information via email.

More details regarding if they forwarded the email - how many people received after

Likelihood to Recommend

It is critical in Sales to understand if someone received and read the email you sent, and Mailtrack is perfect for this.
It is not a critical tool when you are receiving emails but definitely a critical tool when sending emails and you need to know the status and to understand if they even read what you sent.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Mailtrack has been an invaluable resource as a member of two boards of directors in an active Home Owners Association as well as running an online business, HoseGenie.com. As a board member, Mailtrack helps keep track of other board members' involvement and interest level. As an online retailer, I can tell how hot a lead is by seeing how quickly proposals and bids are opened and then shared. The application is intuitive, easy to use, and a great value for what it provides.

Pros

Real-time notifications of email opens without having to log-in and check is a real time saver.
Notifications when an email is shared helps show interest level of my recipients.
Easy setup and integration with Gmail makes using Mailtrack a snap.

Cons

No suggestions. I love everything about Mailtrack so far.

Likelihood to Recommend

For anyone sending proposals and needing feedback on open rates, Mailtrack is a spot on.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I currently us Mailtrack in my everyday work life. It allows me to identify when and how many times my email was opened and read. Previously I had no idea if the customer was reading my emails, or even getting them.

Pros

Easily identifies when an email has been read.
Allows me to track the full history of the email, including if it has been forwarded.
Supplies me with a weekly report if I desire.

Cons

It would be nice to know how long the email was opened. This might give me better insight as to whether it was actually read or just briefly opened and closed. If this feature exists I haven't found it yet.

Likelihood to Recommend

Mailtrack is also good at letting me know when and how long ago an email was opened.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use MailTrack to keep track of sensitive emails and make sure the recipient reads them. This is the first program of this type I have used and I think it's very good. I don't even think they make other programs like this.

Pros

Shows when an email has been read.
Lets me know if a follow up is required.
Keeps track of emails.
Does a great job.

Cons

Ability to hide that you are tracking emails.
That's about it.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you need to know if your email is actually being read or opened, its the perfect program. I haven't tried any other programs so I do not have anything to compare it with other the Outlook, which I do not like.
