Major red flag with this company. If you read the Terms of Service, they do not provide refunds due to functionality. That means if you sign up and it does not work properly, they still not bother refunding you. I've attempted to obtain a refund several times due to poor email deliverability and they just simply stand by their "Terms of Service". They do not actually care that they take your money and do not provide you with a service that works. I am also forced into upgrading my plan to continue using it. Customer service just gives you the standard answer and does not actually take the time to listen to your needs. Steer clear of this company. Unfortunately, I was warned by using MailerLite before but I thought I would try it due to its cheaper plans. But this is clearly where you get what you pay for (not much at all).
"We do not refund any unused or partially used plans (monthly or yearly) when you did not use or partially used the Services, and/or forgot to cancel your plan, and/or if you canceled immediately after your credit card was charged for the new billing period. A refund will not be applied if you purchased a wrong monthly/yearly plan (even by mistake), and/or decided to cancel your subscription after the purchase because of functionality."

If you have a very small company with not many emails to send and not really care if your customers actually receive them. Also, if you don't care that they take your money and if it doesn't fit your needs that you are ok to walk away without getting a refund.
