Their support is awesome... and FREE... one of the reasons I jumped off of Mailchimp, who seems to be pinching their pennies these days and grabbing anything they can get from every account they have, even if they have a marginal user base. Anyway, I jumped from Mailchimp to MailerLite and have had two support tickets, both of which were high-quality and very responsive -- even on a weekend. It's not the product you build but the product you support. Nice work, MailerLite.
Pros
Support
Forms/Builder
Onboarding
Cons
The only detractor is that they do not support pre-filled email addresses
Oh, and I couldn't make my custom form work with their form post/action. No biggie, however.

Not bad for free. :D But I would have liked to be able to pre-fill the user's email address if they are logged in. Nothing infuriates me more than to be asked for my email address by an application when I have already provided it on account creation. Now I am passing the same grief to my customers when they sign up for the newsletter. With Mailchimp I was able to prefill the address, but currently I cannot with MailerLite. I am told it's on their feature list which would be really valuable and appreciated if it gets completed.
We build our landing pages with it and manage our email lists. For us it is a one-stop-shop solution. Also sales of individual solutions will in the future be integrated to MailerLite. Extremely useful service with a fast customer support.
Pros
Websites and Landing Pages
Email Newsletter
Direct Sales
Cons
all great, I can even integrate our custom domains, add favicons, etc.

It is well suited for simple solutions: landings pages that sell!!
For big website projects, I'd use another solution.

I created a website with
MailerLite about three weeks ago. I just wanted to say THANK YOU to every
single person who has answered EVERY SINGLE of my MILLION questions! You have
all been so helpful! No one made me feel stupid. Everyone was patient. It made
this transition so so much easier and I'm feeling really grateful to all of
you. SO THANK YOU!
I don't know from which date I started using MailerLite but I believe I am using it since they launched their software. That time was it was just USD 10/Month I immeidately grabbed their plan and God even today I am using the same plan without any limitions. These guys are very supportive but let me tell you that I used most of the email service providers but no one was as perfect as MailerLite Their Tagging system is one of the best reason I still using MailerLite and I am not comfortable to use somehting as I don't think if any plateform have such a wonderful system like Tags Believe me this feature is super cool!
Their Delivery rate, consistency, they never failed in their commitment
and It helped me to generate a very good revenue for my business all just for USD $10/Month. I am not sure if they are offerring this plan any more but being the old and early user I am blessed to use it. Point here is that you will get more benefit using MailerLite then any other one. This is what I truly believe.

MailerLite is great if you are trying to validate a SaaS idea. You can easily create a mailing list by collecting sign ups from people who want to be notified once your idea is implemented.
In the case of [...] I collected sign-ups before the product was even realized. And the great thing is, once it was realized I was able to use the MailerLite API to continue feeding my already existing mailing-list with new emails. New registrations on my websites would automatically be sent to MailerLite.
We're using MailerLite for a rather long time now, and we're absolutely pleased with it. Not only is it extremely reliable, the customer support is premium. We've been using different mailing services and ended being disappointed. MailerLite didn't disappoint us not even once, during all these years. Personally, I'd rate it 10 out of 10. I truly recommend using it.
Pros
It handles the GDPR efficiently.
It's easy to use, fast and efficient.
The price is a bit high, but still affordable.
The support is extremely pleasant and capable.
Cons
Price could be a bit lower (you knew this was about to pop-up, right ;))

If you're looking for a well-organized mass mailing system, it's MailerLite that you want. It's as simple as that. Especially if you need to send mails frequently. MailerLite will bill you by the number of contacts / recipients, not by the number of sent e-mail. For us, this was the key element when deciding which solution to use.
Choosing a mailer option for a website is a daunting task.
It seems easy in theory but the complications come in when dealing with DNS etc and MailerLite made it easy with videos as well as 1on1 assistance.
Their interface is also easy to understand and use.
For first-time mailer campaigns etc, I would recommend as I did a lot of research and only found MailerLite through a YouTube video recommendation where I was trying to understand how others worked.
Pros
Simple interface
1 on 1 help
Digital video assets for tutorials
Wordpress integration
Cons
I cant say yet

I am still new to it but having played around with a few, I found MailerLite to be easy for a beginner and in a day or 2 I was already getting signups to my mailer
I use it every day in my organization to send communication to my readers. It is very simple and easy to use and helps me get the job done efficiently.
Pros
Customer Service
Ease of Use
Affordability
Likelihood to Recommend
I recommend MailerLite for anyone who needs an email service to communicate with their customers/clients.
I use MailerLite for all my email campaigns to my fan base, students and professional colleagues. It has very robust features even at the least expensive price point, and the drag & drop editing is user friendly. The learning curve is short - which very important for the DIY music business! And if there's a technical problem, their user support is 24/7, fast and from a live person, so important deadlines don't get missed. So far I'm pleased that I chose them over some other more well-know email campaign services.
Pros
Easy to use their editing interface
Easy to manage email lists (import, export, edit on the fly)
Fast, live customer service via email
Cons
Adding additional admins was buggy
2FA requires the use of a 3rd party app (instead of using your mobile number)
Likelihood to Recommend
Easy to learn to use, and customer support is fast when you need it. Works great for "small business/ indie musician" mail campaign business needs. It complies with the recent laws (in the USA and Europe) regarding customer contact privacy, and provides "easy unsubscribe". Some aspects of account administration (adding new admin users, and setting up 2FA) are a little buggy (I've been told they are working on this).
