- Analytics on training journey of individuals, how many opted, how much attrition, engagement level, etc.
- Detailed automated survey on test taking, course, quality aspects
Cons
- I did not find real time virtual classrooms in Looop which are available in some competitor products
- Lacking a full suite of capabilities where micro content pieces are generated and crowdsourced by teams (just like YouTube)
Return on Investment
- HR and Compliance team have a clear visibility on learning rates, course completion, etc.
- Easy to plan for hiring of new resources with skill set that are lacking in the company and needed by customers
