We use LiquidPlanner as the project organizer where we structure each project and the specific tasks that need to be completed by the various teams. LiquidPlanner helps us to organize all of the small details and tasks that need to be taken care of in a specific order for the products we make to be completed correctly. We have a design team, development team and a writing team that all have to coordinate their efforts to create the marketing materials we produce. LiquidPlanner helps us coordinate where everyone is at with their specific tasks and allows us to see what still needs to be done. We are much more organized because we have a clear "map" of what work has happened and what work still needs to happen on a project. LiquidPlanner is something we use daily and something we need to keep our projects moving between teams.
Pros
LiquidPlanner lets you organize to an insane degree, you can create packages, folders, packages, sub-packages and tasks and even more things to organize projects.
LiquidPlanner allows you to set up dependent actions meaning a task can be assigned to someone but they won't see it until a task the needs to be done first is marked as done. This allows you to keep things in order so tasks don't get out of order of when they need to be completed.
LiquidPlanner lets you assign tasks with a certain amount of hours it's expected to take. This is super helpful because it helps you keep track of how much you've assigned a team or specific person so you don't assign them more than then could do in a week. We are able to track how many hours tasks take and to make sure everyone has a healthy work load.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating with LiquidPlanner is the search function. The search area will populate with results, but once you click on a task, project or folder, it won't let you expand the item if there is more underneath it. This is frustrating because sometimes you want to see what is included in a project, but you have to search and then clear the search bar before it lets you look more into something.
LiquidPlanner is so expansive and has so much potential that is can be overwhelming to a new user or to someone who doesn't use it often. This is hard because it take a lot of training to get someone familiar with the software-- the up side it that once they are familiar with it, it is really helpful to use.
Sometimes the software can get glitchy and jump around or kick you out of an active task you are editing. This is frustrating if you haven't saved your work because it will lose all the work you've added. I've seen this improve over the last few years I've used the software, but it comes up every now and again.

LiquidPlanner is amazing for any time of project management scenario where you have to manage several teams and details. Running a project through LiquidPlanner is so easy because it lets you break down the project into sections and folders and small tasks that you can assign to specific people. With a small to medium size team-- LiquidPlanner is amazing for organizing and tracking details. If you have a huge team or not a ton of details to track LiquidPlanner might not be right for you because it is a software that requires some good training to learn and has tons of functions that can be utilized so it seems better suited to be used by a smaller group looking to coordinate or for people who have lots of details that can be difficult to track.
Extremely positive experience. The LiquidPlanner project management tool allows me and my work team to monitor the status of our goals at a high level, keeping us informed about the progress of projects since it offers certain management capabilities that make collaboration in projects more efficient and precise.
Pros
GANTT charts.
Multiple integrations.
Creation of schedules based on project priorities.
Powerful functions oriented to task management and team collaboration.
Cons
It is difficult to visualize projects through a mobile phone.
The user interface is not attractive.
The "search" function is not that powerful, it needs to be improved.

LiquidPlanner is a great software that helps teams in any field manage project workflow by providing the means to visualize processes from start to finish. In addition, LiquidPlanner can be accessed online and from anywhere.
We used LiquidPlanner for the scheduling of our different projects, as well as organizing the work load (specially through the use of gantt charts) that allowed better time management for the different teams, as well as helping to visualize which tasks had a higher importance and improving in this way the organization within our business.
Pros
Allows to organize different tasks within the organization, so that every team in our business is clear on what to do.
It breaks down tasks and simplify activities in a way is easy for everyone to understand.
Accurately estimates dates to know when the work will be done.
Board views divided and organized by priority and importance.
Cons
Difficult to use in phone
Reporting can be difficult, for example, reports can't be exported in pdf yet
Can be a bit difficult to understand and use at first

It is very helpful for time management and organization, as it allows work to be categorized by priority, something that allows our business to focus on what is important first, improving productivity. It is well suited for task management and integration, specially when working with larger files. It has easy exportation, making the information communication among the team so much easier. Each team member in the company gets a personalized board with its own workload, tasks and objectives, something that we consider very valuable as every individual gets to know their own tasks. It is not very appropriate for design development, as it is rather a planning tool.

Thanks to LiquidPlanner we can create, manage and carry out absolute control of the company's projects and tasks. It can be easily integrated with various calendars, with Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box. In our case, we use it with Zapier to add the appropriate applications to integrate. Because we handle all the basic tasks and projects for the company, for unlimited general storage we use the BOX integration to manage large files.
Pros
Intuitive UX/UI.
Integration with Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box.
Reports, customized with the ability to export them as CSV files.
Cons
Reports cannot be exported in PDF format.

LiquidPlanner is the ideal software to handle all the projects and all the basic tasks of any company. This software streamlines the process of our work, provides almost unlimited report customization options, generated reports that can be saved for future use. In conclusion, LiquidPlanner offers a wide range of features that are sure to help you make the project management process easy and effective.
LiquidPlanner is used organization-wide to manage client projects, time budgets, deadlines, project assets and employee time sheets. It keeps all of our projects focused and on track for timely on-budget completion with easy collaboration between team members.
Pros
Prioritize projects and deadlines.
Allow multi-user tasks and set contingencies.
Create simple to use working calendar for each user.
Cons
Assigning projects from 'Inbox' to actual clients is cumbersome.
No direct link to calendar view from main navigation.
Drag & drop functionality on calendar view would be helpful.
When logging time from a timer, the task disappears from the drop-down. This is an inconvenience if you need to mark the project finished.

It is well suited for companies with multiple divisions/clients and numerous projects. It would be overkill for small companies managing fewer than 25 projects at a time. It is well-suited for those managing teams with multiple members, especially when they're working on the same projects at the same time and/or if their projects are contingent upon each other. LiquidPlanner is highly suited for deadline specific project management.

We use Liquid Planner to manage tasks across our organization. It took me a bit of getting used to, but now I wonder why I hadn't used it sooner. Right from managing individual activities, to managing project tasks between teams, LiquidPlanner offers an end to end solution for project managers and team leads.
Pros
Resource management
Task allocation
Tracking deadlines
Cons
Better control of team inbox to help filter sensitive project information

It is especially great for managing large teams, or long-term projects. I used it with a small team and found it to be useful, but I think the benefits of the app will be amplified in a larger organizational setting.
