Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use it for sending pre-liens as well as 1st and 2nd tier lien waivers. Our biggest issue is we work nationwide and usually with new subcontractors on each job. Levelset makes it extremely easy to collect waivers from subs that we aren't accustomed to working with as well as making sure we are protected when paying our subs.

- Scout research for specific areas and locations
- Fantastic resources for particular laws relating to lien waivers
Cons
- I don't particularly like the layout of the software when viewing subs and the waivers they have turned in
