Legalesign is great for sending documents that require multiple signatures to all parties at once or in sequential order and allowing the user to track which person has reviewed or signed and when. This is convenient in a work from home era and prevents the need for couriers or added time driving documents around.
Pros
- Uploads are very easy as well as setting signature location
- Tracking who has reviewed and signed and whether you need to resend to get someone's attention is helpful
- Interface is nice and simple without being confusing which helps for not intimidating non Legalesign users
Cons
- There have been times when the application itself seems to move slowly and it takes longer to have things ready for signature
- Not providing enough information to non Legalesign users on how to use the platform and the ease of signatures
- Retrieving old documents can be a bit of a pain and once archived can really slow down work
