What is KYZON Space?

KYZON Space is a browser-based video collaboration platform offered by KYZON Solutions that is designed to be simple enough for calls, yet powerful enough to replace an office.

With live document editing in KYZON Space meetings, participants no longer sit around watching the sharer but can instead actively contribute to discussions by editing and commenting in real-time.

The software works on any device with native Google Drive, DropBox, OneDrive and KYZON Flow integrations, so that important documents are always prepared.

Features to help with staying focused in KYZON Space meetings include Recordings, Notes, Snapshots, Synced Presentations and Host Controls native to the meeting. These features help to ensure users to not need to switch between tabs and other applications during meetings.

Good replacement for very expensive meeting tools

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

KYZON Space helps to run online meetings with our team. What I like a lot is that the entire team can work on your Office documents without leaving the session so you have the latest version of it right in the meetings. This is great as it can be done within a minute. Recording is also very handy so instead of using another app that costs you money, KYZON Space takes care of it. If they add up more features like mind mapping tool or any sort of automation with API/webhook or Zapier then it's a gem.

Pros

  • Online meeting
  • Collaboration of Office documents
  • Recording

Cons

  • Integrations - API/webhook
  • Sorting features - labels, folders, filters
  • Mobile app

Return on Investment

  • ROI - paid itself
  • Collaboration on meetings
  • Versions of Office documents
