Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Knock helps the property manager process so many more applicants/prospects. It keeps them all organized and sorted by last contact date, and will ping the user when last contact gets too long. It probably doubled how many prospects our 1 manager could get through. This extra capacity meant that we worried much less about "lost" prospects.
Pros

- Template creation is not very intuitive or easy-to-find
