Our company uses Kaseya VSA mostly throughout the entire company to remote access PCs and servers. It addresses problems where users are having issues doing certain things, then we can remote into their PCs and fix that for them. Also, when we need to do maintenance on servers, we can use this tool for that.
Pros
Agent Procedure Scripts.
Pushing out Anti Virus and Anti Malware.
Remote Controlling PC's and Servers.
Cons

Support for Live Connect through Google Chrome.
Likelihood to Recommend
Kaseya VSA is well suited with the fact that you can push out anti virus, anti malware, or even scripts to a number of machines and not just one at a time. It is less appropriate, where I occasionally get thrown off of a remote session with a user.
