Great chatbot for small businesses!
We’ve been using the Jotform AI chatbot on our FoneFix Honiton website and honestly, it’s been brilliant. For a small business like ours, the free 100 chats a month is more than enough and such a great bonus.
What really impressed us is how customizable it is – we were able to make it fit our brand and set it up to answer common questions from our customers. It’s easy to use, looks professional, and has definitely saved us time.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a simple, effective chatbot without the big price tag.

Jotform is a very easy to access and integrate app, it help solve the problem to gather the contact information from our websites. It is great working with and I have used it for 2-3 websites. It can also easily integrate with the other platforms and CRM which is great. i have also used it with Zapier and Make.com

I have connected it with 2-3 of my client website as they wanted their websites to have the Jotform and they seemed to be happy after adding it and I have created many forms and amazing custom library templates to choose from
I find Jotform very useful to submit quiz during a masterclass or presentation. It's easy to use, it doesn't require the students to create an account in order to answer the quiz, so that they can reply anonimously and engage actively in the masterclass or presentation.

Application for a Doggy Daycare. It's one of my web design agency's clients. It's enabled them to modernize their application process. Previously, they asked their applicants to download PDFs, which is not ideal.

It's well suited for surveys and simple applications. If the application is complex, then it can be cumbersome to create an application through Jotform.
We set out to find a customer satisfaction survey solution for our ticketing system and were pleasantly surprised by what Jotform has to offer. What we find really useful is the ability to pass information such as the ticket number to a hidden field on the form, which allows us to better track survey submissions. We also like that data can be pulled through an API, and we plan on using this for advanced reporting.

Certain columns are automatically colour-coded on tables, and to my knowledge, it is not possible to modify those colours.
A view or page that shows recent submissions and is optimised for a wallboard in an office would be nice to have.

Jotform ticks most of our boxes in terms of customer satisfaction survey submissions, but we would need to put some work into advanced reports with the help of API access.
Jotform serves as an all-in-one platform for promoting your business, scheduling appointments, selling products/services, sharing content, and exploring numerous other options and widgets. I strongly endorse Jotform for its versatility and effectiveness.

Honestly, I haven't encountered any issues with Jotform thus far. Its array of options is extensive, and it will undoubtedly take some time to thoroughly explore them, especially those pertinent to my business needs.
I've been using Jotform for years. Its saved me countless times with the ability to easily create complex forms. The ease of use, customization, automations, calculations, look & design, and the share-ability have all contributed into Jotform being my go to form builder for all of my websites. I CANNOT recommend it enough and it should be your choice for any form you build.

If you're a website developer or are simply looking for a form for your website, Jotform is your choice.
Jotform has been a lifesaver for my legal business. I am in the process of gathering information for multiple clients in a mass tort lawsuit. It allows me to get the information that I need from multiple clients with ease. The data can be downloaded in multiple formats that makes the data extremely easy to access and share. This has been a game changer in these lawsuits. Now I can gather information quickly and easily while the defense attorneys waste time and money.

It is well suited to gather information from multiple people about an individual issue. Sending out mass questionnaires about the same topic is simple and easy and the data is accessed easily.
It is less appropriate for individual info gathering. I would like to create online forms for every clients but the amount of forms per month is limited.
Jotform is a great tool to conduct polished, professional-looking surveys for our company. Their survey/form builder is easy to use and integrates with many other tools. One of our key use cases is using their audio recording functionality, which is a seamless integration. Currently, our use case is limited to the individual level but Jotform also has enterprise capabilities at higher tiers.

I have not tried their enterprise functionality yet (higher tiers), but Jotform could benefit from more collaborative features and enterprise capabilities.
