Join.me is a great tool for business use because it gives you the ability to have a unique URL that you can always just jump into. We would tell our clients to just go to join.me/NAMEHERE and they could easily join a screenshare.

It's a really great software, but it's more of a budget decision than anything. There are other screensharing apps like Google Meet that maybe aren't as nice with the unique URL, but it gets the job done for free. If a company has the budget for it, it's a really great marketing feature.

Join.me is being used by me with some of my clients. Join.me has a ton of products for both consumers and businesses, but I use it for business purposes. The GoToMeeting is what myself and clients use most often. But they have several products so that you can literally keep doing business from anywhere in the world, and as we all know this has saves businesses over the last year plus! This program definitely had part in my success instead of failure this past year or so.

I can only comment on my own experiences and have only used one small part of what Join.me has to offer, so far anyway. But without GoToMeeting some of my clients would have lost out on substantial business opportunities we provided for him as far as appointments with reminders and invites and web meetings/conferences. It also enabled me to continue to provide what I needed to for my clients.

We primarily used it for screenshares with clients to go over various things in their account.

It works great if you want your screenshares or video conference calls to be company specific and look proffesional. You can put your logo in the background and it makes it look like a specialized experience for clients which is great. It is cheaper to use the same types of features as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

When I worked in corporate, [Join.me] was the go to product for hosting web virtual meetings. Used join.me as join a virtual meeting. When working remote this was the best method to communicate with team members.

[Join.me is] well suited when you have a need for a quick meeting. Just send out the link and person can jump on quickly.

Doesn't work as well when there is a large number of meeting participants. Found that the links didn't always work.

Join.me is used for all our video conferencing communication. The sales department uses it to run their demos and the operations department uses it to do client trainings and customer support. Internally, we use Join.me to hold conference calls with team members that are out of office. It's a super helpful way to increase communication!

This is really great for customer facing needs. One of the reasons it is so good for customer facing interactions is because there is no software that needs to be downloaded in order to join the call. Everything is web based. This prevents the usual issues that come along with other competitors.

We use Join.me across the company. To share screens for demonstrations of new activities as well as for collaborating on works in progress.

Join.me is easy to connect with other users for a clear view of screens during sharing. Exchange of sharing privileges is also a simple process.

My company currently uses Join.me for client and meeting calls (and screen shares when needed). Join.me often replaces an in-person meeting which allows us to still deliver/present what is needed to the client without extending the timeline due to the difficulty of scheduling between several people.

When you have more than two parties that need to be on a call or screen share, Join.me facilitates a place where everyone can easily call in and view the presentation. When there are multiple parties that are unknown to each other, it allows each party to introduce themselves before getting onto the actual call.

My organization uses Join.me for most to all of our conference calls with clients! We use it to go over our media plans and to share our screen.

I never had any issues with Join.me. Our clients love dialing into Join.me a lot more than other software we have because of how easy it is to join with almost never any problems.

We mostly use it to do screen shares with clients. Since we are a marketing service provider, we're working with many different clients and Join.me allows us to teach them things that would be hard to explain without the visual aids. Often we'll have to have them do something on their end of the Amazon account so Join.me allows them to easily connect our computers so we can walk them through the process. It's also very useful when we are training clients as we can have them do things themselves which helps solidify the information much better than us just showing them.

Its free plan is great and it's just easier to use for clients than other tools since they don't have to download a plugin in order to join the meeting.

We are regularly invited to Join.me conferences where there is the need for a fully immersive experience. Specifically where the team needs to speak, see and collaborate on the work that they are doing. This has tended to be done via Join.me more recently due to ease of use that I'll cover in this review.

It's great for collaboration where you want to talk and share your screen, it lacks some of the more advanced features that Webex has, like file sharing but is really simple for the users to get operational and start working with, which I have found is the key requirement here.
