JobDiva is our hub for all TA activity, as well as onboarding documents, and in some cases time entry. It has a wonderful amount of reporting options, easy to use interface, and typically runs at a high speed. It's very easy to collaborate as a team through JobDiva and is far better than any of its competitors that I've ever used.

JobDiva does everything you want out of an ATS. We use it for providing and completing onboarding documents, performance reviews, candidate interview scheduling, business development, metrics reporting, and more. Being able to enter notes both by typing and by text is a game changer. I'd also add, that the ability to integrate job boards into one cohesive system is important.

JobDiva is extremely powerful, user-friendly, and intuitive, with robust features and functionality allowing me to easily track and find client and candidate data, and receive detailed reports from its database. I use JobDiva for onboarding and employee record keeping pertaining to assignments, pay and bill records, and document organization. I also use the timekeeping function for some employees. We also use the recruiting functions for other teams. JobDiva has helped us to greatly improve the speed of our onboarding process as well as retain better more organized records.

To find candidates in all over the US, I have the resume or candidates pool as the one place where I can check their resumes and reach out to them accordingly. Also, the email merge feature is where I can share an email with many candidates and they can go through the job description accordingly and if they are interested, they can reply back to me.
JobDiva is the center of our entire workflow. We use JobDiva to build company profiles, add jobs, recruit for those jobs, onboard, do timesheet collection, monitor applicants and current employees, and hopefully invoice in the future. The system is super easy to use and always expanding. I love learning about more ways JobDiva helps solve every problem.

JobDiva is a great platform to build upon. It's super easy to use and has great functionality. You can customize the work space in a way that meets your company's needs if using it for sales purposes. I'm not sure how other companies would use JobDiva but it works great for us.
I love to use JobDiva for sourcing resumes, they have many features yet I have to put them to use. I have one issue, while sourcing resumes on JobDiva, the years of experience filter didn't work properly and I didn't receive the result I was expecting every time. I also think the mapping feature could be better if you could work on that.

If I have received a job, my first preference is JobDiva. We have personalized data along with details that are not mentioned on a resume. However, for example, to find a less experienced candidate, I have to move to job boards, while at the same time, JobDiva takes some time to fetch resumes from other job boards.

We use JobDiva as our applicant tracking system and CRM. This is where we log all candidate intakes, log submittals, document candidate's personal and contact information, and upload their onboarding documents, such as W-4 and I-9. We also document all client meetings here as well as reference checks, etc. It is a very user-friendly platform and everyone across our large age range uses it with ease.

JobDiva is well-suited for consultancy staffing. Our recent integration with ADP is on-going, taking longer than anticipated, but still expect a successful outcome. The back office team struggles with the multiple exceptions to onboarding, payroll, PTO/PSL, etc. resulting from service agreements, though the coddlers for Jobs, Submittals, Timesheets, and Expenses perform as expected and increase productivity for sales, recruiting and back office.
