iSpring Suite is primarily used by organizations to transform existing PowerPoint presentations into interactive e-learning modules, addressing the need for efficient content conversion and delivery. In TrustRadius reviews, its superior integration with PowerPoint is widely noted, allowing users to leverage pre-existing materials and streamline content creation. This integration, along with robust features for creating engaging multimedia content, quizzes, and SCORM-compliant packages, makes the platform accessible and reduces the learning curve for content developers.
Reviewers also highlight the effectiveness of its screen recording and video editing tools. However, areas for improvement include the variety and relevance of the content library, which half of reviewers mentioned, and enhanced quiz functionality. While the product significantly contributes to business objectives through time savings and improved training effectiveness, its cost-effectiveness presents a mixed picture, with some finding it reasonable and others perceiving it as costly depending on utilization.

As
a consulting company we use iSpring Suite to create courses for clients. iSpring Suite is great for beginners and experts were already familiar with PowerPoint. Special focus is placed on fast production with effective results. It is also very important that there are automatically generated subtitles in order to offer ever better accessible content.
Pros
Great quizzes with great opportunities to customize the design
Diverse templates
Cons
German voices

iSpring Suite is ideal for quickly creating very appealing eLearning modules. Either as a short video module or as an interactive course. Avatars, beautiful backgrounds and voices can be easily integrated for a great design and the best experience. The personal design options for customizing the avatars are particularly practical.
We use iSpring Suite to create online training workshops. This has allowed us to turn the training videos which we produce into more rounded programmes. We only started using the software relatively recently but have already had a great experience and the clients we have shown the results to have been impressed.
Pros
Creating quizzes to test knowledge is extremely useful.
The integration with PowerPoint makes using iSpring very easy if you are already familiar with ppt.
We have found the variety of features really gives us the options to be creative when putting content together.
Cons
Some features appear to allow as much design flexibility as would be useful.
Access to content for mobile users is not great in terms of format.

Induction training courses are well suited to iSpring Suite. In our experience during their lifetime these often need to be updated. This is a very simple process within the software and gives us a great competitive edge when we are able to meet a client's requirements quickly. So far we haven't found any instances where it is less appropriate. That's not to say they don't exist just that we haven't encountered one yet.
We use iSpring to develop technical training based on procedures and customer and regulatory requirements. iSpring Suite allows us to convey complex and often mundane topics into interactive and engaging eLearning courses.
Pros
Text-to-Speech. Recording voiceovers for a course is tough, time-consuming and taxing. However, the text-to-speech option resolves this and makes it much more convenient. The language options and accents are like icing on the cake.
Ease of use. It is very easy to learn and interact with iSpring Suite. The content is well designed and organized.
Interactions. An interactive course allows for a more engaging experience for the user. iSpring Suite offers numerous ways to create interactions, which elevate courses to higher potentials.
Role Play Scenarios. Similar to interactions, role play scenarios allow specific scenarios to become interactive for the user. The possibilities allow for some unique creativity in design.
Cons
When adding an Introduction to an interaction, it would be nice to have the option to include text-to-speech. You can add audio, but you have to import the audio file. So I have to record text-to-speech in a different program, save it and then import it into the interaction. The same is true for Role Play Scenarios. It's quite inconvenient.
Screen-casting is great. However, the video effects are somewhat limited. For example, zooming in and out, text behaviors/effects, etc.

iSpring Suite is excellent at developing interactive eLearning courses. It is easy to use and is convenient for internal SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to share their knowledge through course creation. The text-to-speech option provides opportunities to design courses for a global audience in their language. Screen-casting allows a step-by-step walkthrough of technical documentation, like Work Instructions or Procedures. We can highlight specific points in those same documents using the interactions. Quizzes are also interactive and allow pictures, which provides a way to highlight site-specific situations and test for knowledge.
iSpring helps me to achieve my training goals with the suite and with LMS learn. The tech support which is usually required by me is highly efficient and quick. I recommend it to every trainer who wants to gauge the users and create something new

I have created several cyber security trainings for our employees in multiple languages using iSpring Suite and found it quite intuitive and easy to use.
Pros
smooth integration into PowerPoint
text-to-speech function for easy creation of multilingual courses
SCORM export for publishing in an LMS (e.g. Moodle)
different quiz formats for interactive user experience
good quality of answers to support requests and good responsiveness of the iSpring Suite support team
Cons
it is a bit tricky to find out where the quiz you are editing is stored
while an iSpring Suite dialog is open, you cannot switch back to PowerPoint to lookup something

iSpring Suite is well suited in our case where only few authors need to collaborate on the courses. It does well for creating PowerPoint based courses (with animations done in PowerPoint) and Speech-to-Text from speaker comments for courses in multiple languages.
When I reported an issue I had with the course completion setting, the iSpring Suite support team provided me a workaround on short notice and offered a permanent solution within few days. Great!
