There should be auto assign chats to those who have less chats
There should not be smileys reaction after closing a chat, because most of the customers did not write reviews because of those smileys reaction

As i've mentioned before, its quite easy to use, and love its shortcuts, I can't tell you because i don't think that there are any scenarios where it is less appropriate to use intercom,

Intercom allows clients to get in touch with us within 2 mins and resolve their queries. As a Software company with more than 700 clients, Intercom makes it easy for us and our clients to keep communication open.

Intercom is the best chat service out there, has a lot of features that helps us do our jobs better. I don't there are any negatives on using it as it has been highly beneifical to us.
