Heyflow is a no-code platform to build, design and integrate clickflows, headquartered in Hamburg. They state their belief that user interaction is the most important activity on the web. And they believe that clickflows are the best way to achieve great interactions. They aim to empower businesses to convert more traffic with clickflows.

Heyflow helps me create high-converting quiz landing pages. I use these as a landing page for my Google Ads; they've helped me #1 increase conversion rate, because they are well-designed and look great. #2 save me time, compared to other quiz builders, as Heyflow is pretty drag and drop. The team is also super helpful, so if you run into anything, they'll be there at a moment's notice.

We use Heyflow in our recruiting efforts and have already achieved initial success. Heyflow allows you to quickly and easily create landing pages that, for example, optimize lead generation in the context of social media ads. In our case, Heyflow is used to conduct a job fit test for social recruiting ads and ensure candidate suitability.

We utilize Heyflow to create interactive funnels and multi-step forms for lead generation, primarily in the insurance industry. It helps us pre-qualify users, collect detailed information, and guide them through tailored experiences, particularly on mobile devices. Our use case spans multiple landing pages, digital ads, and the main website. We also integrate it with our CRM to automatically route leads to our sales team.

We are currently using Heyflow to see if it could replace Unbounce, a platform we use for lead generation which over the years has got more and more expensive, particularly with the volumes we are doing. Heyflow looked to be a great alternative, and visually the forms looked great which is one of the reasons we wanted to try

Cons

  • Restricted webhook functionality, wed like to be able to map fields without having to post the full request and change the receiving webhook our end to cater to Heyflow
  • a/b testing, not being able to 'keep' older variants which we may want to retest later
  • little things like we only do uk market so all phone numbers start with 01 or 07 so we want to have a placeholder example thats familiar to the user eg 07766554433 but the system is restricted to +447766554433 which is a conversion factor for us

We use Heyflow for clients looking for staff. We currently serve about four clients for whom we create a flow using templates and actively recruit via social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Our clients appreciate the flexibility of being able to preview campaigns and pause them at any time.

Augenblicklich bedienen wir etwa 4 Kunden, für die wir einen Flow mit Hilfe der Vorlagen erstellen und aktiv über die sozialen Medien wie Facebook und Instagram suchen.   • I don't think it's a good idea to change the URL at the end of the year.
  • Since I currently only have 3 subdomains available.
  • I think the price increase for subscriptions from Pro to Business is far too high.

  • Da ich augenblicklich ja auch nur 3 Subdomains zur Verfügung habe.
  • Ich finde preisliche Steigerung der Abos von Pro auf Geschäft viel zu hoch.

  • It's hard to say anything about that, since our clients are looking for new staff and they receive the applications. We're certainly informed about the results and see how each campaign performs. However, I can't say exactly how high-quality they are.
  • Da kann ich schwer etwas zu sagen , da die Kunden von uns neues Personal suchen und sie die Bewerbungen erhalten. Sicher werden wir darüber informiert wie die Ausbeute ist uns sehen auch welche Kampagne wie läuft. Nichtsdestotrotz kann ich nicht genau sagen wie Qualitativ hochwertig diejenigen sind.
