I use GRIN across all of my clients influencer campaigns. GRIN allows me to manage outreach, organize campaigns, ship product and submit payment in a timely manner. Regarding clients that have opted out of using GRIN, the process has been much less organized and has created numerous challenges throughout their influencer program.

Personally, I believe GRIN has proved to be beneficial in all situations as I have worked on clients with and without GRIN. When not using GRIN to ship products, mange communication, etc., multiple challenges tend to arise. i.e. miscommunication in product selection, addresses being input incorrectly, payment not happening within net30.
Our business uses GRIN to manage our influencer collaborations and relationships. The user experience is great and makes managing collabs pretty seamless. The Shopify integration in particular makes order and shipping product a breeze. The workflow is also much better than other influencer marketing platforms I have used.

GRIN is perfect for businesses that are managing 50+ collaborations a month. If you aren't working with a large number of creators, it might not be needed. It is well-suited for very developed influencer programs that operate on a large scale.

If you are utilizing creators in a gifted or paid capacity on a regular basis, looking to scale, and looking to run evergreen and/or one-off campaigns with specific deliverables and content usage cases, GRIN is amazing for running end-to-end influencer programs. If you are only working with a handful of creators or only looking for a discovery tool, GRIN is likely not the best option.
I use GRIN on a daily basis to contact new creators, manage campaigns and collect content for use in various brand marketing materials. GRIN has helped cut the time it takes to manage daily tasks and has streamlined launching campaigns.

GRIN is great for companies that are starting to implement influencer marketing. They are for larger companies and a lot of small-scale brands that would rely heavily on influencer marketing are priced out. It would be great to see something that might not have as many bells and whistles but can provide an affordable alternative to those and then upgrade as the program brings in the revenue.
We use GRIN for a client of ours looking to run large-scale influencer campaigns that will build brand awareness and also support paid and organic social media. We are a smaller team but also to run campaigns with several people because of GRIN. Its search, analytics, and email functionality are second to none.

GRIN is great for brands running consistent influencer campaigns. I would say a bigger brand pr company that leans heavily on influencer marketing is most fitting for GRIN. In terms of scenarios where GRIN does not fit I would say a smaller brand that doesn't have an enormous amount of influencer marketing.

Best suited if you need influencers to boost your products. It provides a large list to choose from, along with ways to ship the products using Shopify. You can communicate with them through email and see their progress and ROI with the click of a button.
As an agency, we use GRIN for all our clients/brands to build out their influencer/ affiliate/ and referral programs. Grin allows us to find and reach a ton of influencers, but most importantly it makes it easy to track performance and be able to tie and ROI to these programs which are sometimes more TOFU than conversion based. Everything is easy from building campaigns to comms and tracking to payment.

GRIN is expensive so it doesn't make too much sense if you are a smaller company with a smaller budget for these types of programs. As an agency, it gets cheaper the more brands we add (for each brand) which is a big win. If you only are looking for a tool to find influencers, you can find cheaper and better but this is the best tool for end-to-end on these types of programs.
Perfect for organizations looking to take their influencer marketing program to the next level. It should primarily be companies that currently have influencer programs. Similarly, it is less appropriate for organizations just getting started in influencer marketing as it's an expensive software that most smaller orgs without dedicated influencer managers won't be able to scale efficiently.
