GoTo Connect is our primary phone and meeting platform. Our biggest issue was the lack of ability to have access to our phone system while staff worked remotely. It was causing large issues for our firm when clients needed to speak with a staff member who was not in office. GoTo Connect app saved the day. It can be used on any smart phone and we can transfer a call directly to a staff member. Client's no longer need to get a return call.

the GoTo Connect is perfect for our business. Calls can be answered from anywhere, and transferring the call to another staff member is easy. Unfortunately, due to our business being very client facing, we are unable to use the new feature of the AI attendant
We are an ERP software company and about 18 months ago we made the switch form a local phone company and Zoom to GoTo's package of VOIP phone system and meetings.
So far it has been mostly smooth sailing. There were a couple things we were able to do with our local company that we miss, but overall it is a much better and much more affordable package. I can only remember 1 outage over the past year and a half. The main complaint we have currently is that when we do virtual demos of our software, if the client joins via the website, screenshare is almost non-usable. Everything get so pixelated we cannot use it. However; if the client downloads the Windows/Mac app, everything is great.

It has been great for our office phones and virtual meeting hub. It has been affordable and reliable. Currently if you are doing a lot of online demos with clients who are less tech savvy, the screen share can be an issue when joining from the web app. We are a smaller business, but we do have multiple locations and it has allowed us to integrate more seamlessly.
We use GoTo Connect for all our incoming and outgoing (through the app) calls for our business. We are able to record calls for training purposes and monitor call metrics with the software.

The only reason I do not give this a 10 is because I need to be able to change my dial plan on a regular basis and must be at a computer to do it.
We're an MSP and use GoTo Connect to resell to our clients. Most phone cloud PBXproviders are honestly about the same. Primarily we are attracted to GoTo Connect's visual call flow and we've been with them since they were called Jive. No one else has a good visual call flow and it saves a lot of time compared to other systems. They have decent support and decent prices and that helps keep us with them. Also, it's not a Broadsoft back end so that's another huge plus for us.

Our clients are mostly offices, retail businesses, etc. So as a general phone system it works great. It's still a cloud system so branches are easily connected, analog devices function well with adapters, and they have SMS marketing campaigns and great call center features. We don't have any call center clients, but I'm sure GoTo Connect can handle that as well.

GoTo has helped us understand all the options available within their telephone system. We started with training, which was excellent. We received all the help we needed to understand how it works and to help us get everything connected and up and running from day one. Assistance is immediate when you need it, which in my case hasn't been much. The system is designed to detect when you do something wrong; it notifies the GoTo team, and they contact you to inform you. The system has many options that have helped us organize our telephone system. It's easy to use. You can create users, change extensions, create groups, and create dial plans (options we didn't have with our previous system, nor were they able to offer us when renewing). The calls are of very good quality and allow us to review all the procedures we performed. The most important thing we've achieved is not missing calls thanks to the system's configurations. It's a recommended product for anyone who wants to control their company's calls.

It's a suitable product for companies that have different phone lines assigned to representatives, thanks to the ease of tracking user calls. The system has options for meeting a company's daily needs without sacrificing time when making changes or modifications. It's hard to find a less suitable component, as it offers options that can be combined to achieve the results the company is seeking.
Mostly to contact families or vendors for our childcare. GoTo Connect has been great for staff who move from site to site and are able to use the mobile app to stay connected. The admin center has made it easy for me to reassign users and set up locations with the proper dial plans.

I appreciate the mobile app for myself and other users that need to be able to answer their phone on the go repeatedly without having to set up call forwarding every time. I am annoyed that when I take calls at my desk phone, my cell phone will say I missed the call because I didn't pick it up on my cell. The reverse scenario does not cause this issue with the desk phone.

Mecca utilizes GoTo for our office's VOIP phone solution, providing all communication via voice and text. GoTo solves our need for advanced call trees, cascading call routing, and after-hours routing.

GoTo might be a decent phone system, but its support is subpar; most team members struggle to understand how to use it when you call them, and it's challenging to obtain support for more complex features. The AI Features look nice, but when you start to actually dig into them you find they are not actually working like advertised. GoTo was much better as a basic phone system.
GoTo Connect helps our business & clients stay connected on the go, as well as reach into other markets than our Austin, TX HQ with virtual DIDs, contact center, and SMS/txt messaging. We also LOVE the "Zoom equivalent" of GoTo Meeting that's now FULLY integrated into GoTo Connect. It allows our hybrid workforce to quickly, seemlessly, and effectively communicate, collaborate, and share our screens with participants to increase the experience & process. I'm starting to FORGET how we did work BEFORE we had this level of collaboration capability. It's HUGE for our business.

It's GREAT for small team huddles, and for having a POWERFUL cloud-based PBX that's actually pretty easy to administer (even if you're NOT a "telecom person"). Their tech support is pretty solid/easy to understand their English speaking (even if the contact center agent's FIRST language might NOT be English). I'd highly recommend to any business looking to increase its ability to communicate with its customers.
