Our organization uses GoTo Connect for our phone connect services across the business departments. It helps our team easily switch between phones or mobile apps to stay connected to other devices as needed! The admin portal is also very beneficial and easy to use. The HD capabilities are an added plus.

It’s very well suited when you start a GoTo Connect in the office on a desktop or desk phone and need to leave it in the middle. Allows this to happen with no disruption.
We use GoTo Connect to administer our phone system and hardware. I am the administrator of the software, and I help others in the company with any updates, issues, or additions they may need. The GoTo Connect system allows us to be more efficient with communications to our customers as well as within the company and our employees.

We are able to communicate with other offices with ease, and any changes/additions to the system are easy to complete.
When Australia closed down landlines, we were forced to replace our phone systems with IP systems, using the NBN. After substantial comparisons with systems offered by the telcos, it became clear that they were outdated and limited. GoTo Connect demonstrated a superior product in terms of software and hardware at competitive pricing. Their onboarding system is self-paced but clearly outlined, with help always available. We have now been using the system for over a year and found it more capable than we ever expected. We are yet to discover how best to use the features available to us. We are also extremely pleased with the quality and clarity of the hardware included. Finally, although sometimes it is a challenge to reach the help staff directly, they are very thorough and patient when "on the job". This is a system that you can manage, in-house, with detailed instructions and support where needed.

We have a Sales Team and we configured every single line on different dial-up plans, they work great and we've been able to organize the call flow in a better way based on what used. Recommended 100%.
Pros
Dial Plans. A HUGE amount of options to choose, very good options and you can do pretty much everything you want with the call flow and ring groups.
GoToConnect web. Helps a lot to set extensions in places that we don't have phones. Perfect for warehouses or deposits.
GoToConnect phone app. It helps me keep connected with all my team with no need to be at the office. They can contact me everywhere at any time.
Cons
Phone presence. I don't like the idea of using 2 lines to have the "presence" mode active, I wish I could check what my workers are doing and why they're not answering some calls.
Customizable ring groups. Not all ring groups should ring in the same way. We should have an option like adding 1 extension at a time but keep ringing on the last one. Random ringing, etc.

It's perfect for almost every company. I would like to say that this host is very good and it gives us all the features that we need. There's always room for improvement, but so far, so good.

Call recording: you have to setup an Amazon S3 bucket and Amazon was terrible to work with to get this setup. There is no interface to retrieve recorded calls, so you have to dig through several layers of recordings to get to the call you want.
They were just sold, so not sure if anything will change because of the purchase by LogMeIn.

Great flexibility for a small to medium size organization to have the features and functionally you would only get in a large PBX system. Their month to month pricing was very competitive, so I did not have to get into a long term agreement to get very competitive pricing.
