We migrated from an on-prem very out-of-date system to GoTo Connect. The difference is night and day. GoTo Connect gives us so many more options that our users need. For example, the ability for a teacher to use the mobile app to contact parents without showing their personal cell phone number. We are using desk phones, mobile and software apps, faxing, texting, GoTo Meeting, and more. We have about 1,100 users/active phone numbers on it currently. Feedback from users has been very positive.

When the pandemic hit, our phone system at the time did not allow our employees to utilize their office numbers while working remotely. GoTo Connect was able to set us up fast enough with softphones and our numbers to use, while we worked to port over our numbers and get actual phones purchased and set up. Very easy system to use.

GoTo Connect is wonderful for small-scale to large-scale deployments. It offers a comprehensive, feature-rich communications platform that can consolidate voice, text messaging, and online meetings into one platform. GoTo Connect assists with the transition from previous voice vendors using a dedicated project manager. We moved over 600 lines with almost no downtime. The product was less expensive than others when considering the total value of the product, and the options and quality are fantastic.
GoTo Connect phone system is used for our district and school sites. Programming phones is simple via the admin console and allows us to make changes within minutes. Incoming calls can be received on the phone or via email. Several phone models are available for our different needs and all devices work together seamlessly. The Customer Service Department is very helpful when contacted and the follow-up to make sure an issue has been taken care of is appreciated.
