GoTo has been an amazing platform and made my life as admin exponentially easier. I cover 3 dispersed locations across the US and one in Canada. Overall, we have around 50 lines, auto-attendants, shop intercoms, and alert functions set up. The install was easy, service is consistently good, the admin portal is user friendly, and the apps are reliable and intuitive. I love that when we have people out of the office that I can, in less than 5 minutes, have all of the lines from one branch rerouted to another and can reverse it even faster once the office is manned again. Holiday messages have never been easier to manage with scheduled adjustments to the call plan that I can set at the beginning of the year, all planned holidays and employee events are covered and I never have to think about them again. If an unplanned event comes up, it is only a couple of minutes to update the plan and we are good to go again. I really can't say enough good things about my experience with GoTo Connect.

GoTo has been fantastic for office and remote work. No matter where our people are in the world, they can be reached by DID or extension through the phone or computer apps. When an employee is out, his line can be forwarded easily from the local phone or apps and can be forwarded to multiple numbers if necessary. The forwarding can be turned off just as easily. The only challenge there is that if it is forwarded from the local phone, it can not be adjusted remotely. This is not a big deal unless you need to keep your office locked but are not using the app find me/follow me feature.

We have around 300 users and rarely have issues with the platform. I am responsible for managing the platform, adding/removing users, maintaining the database, and ensuring a logical order inside of Jive/GoToConnect.

We have around 300 users and rarely have issues with the platform. It works seamlessly between all of our physical locations and is scalable. We have a mix of physical Yealink phones, as well as users using the mobile app for phone calls.
We use GoTo Connect for all of our telephone in-office needs. We've completely cut the cable and it has been a great decision! GoTo Connect has been much more economical and reliable than our old landline-based phone system. Very happy that we made the change!

A great solution for any small to medium company looking to improve functionality and keep costs down! The system is very easy to use as well! The color screen is a nice size, speed buttons are very easy to program and use.
The whole organization uses GoTo Connect (formerly Jive) for our phone system. We also have a customer service team that answers calls for us off-site using GoTo Connect (formerly Jive).
