Google Tasks helps to keep my priority business ventures on track. Integrated with Google Calendar, I can easily add tasks and due dates, shift priorities, and manage projected timelines. Rather than writing everything down in a planner or loose Post-it notes, Google Tasks keeps my desk clear and reduces the need for printed materials. Google is my go-to for staying on track!

Managing project timelines
To do list at your fingertips
Easily add tasks and check them off as you go
Cons
program visual aesthetics could be improved
Timer function
Adding multiple reminders

If Google Calendar is your primary work/office calendar, then Google Tasks will be readily available for use. Now, if you are using something like Microsoft Outlook, it might make more sense to use a different task manager and reminder program, such as Microsoft. I appreciate the ease of use with Google and feel it effectively meets my business needs.
Google Tasks is great for simple tasks that I want to integrate with my Android phone and my Google account. It's a simple interface that doesn't get too complicated, and is a great place for me to write down what I need to get done and easily check them off without worrying about complex features.
Pros
Easy to add tasks.
Syncs with my android phone.
Desktop version.
Cons
Not a lot of complex features.
Not as visually appealing as some other apps.
Likelihood to Recommend
Google Tasks is a great option if you're looking for a simple task manager that integrates with a tile on your Android Phone and offers a desktop web version. You do need a Google account to make it work, which may turn some folks off. Also, not sure if it integrates as well on iPhones.
I use Google Tasks to summarize important topics that I need to address in important meetings, and to organize my appointments. I work as Software Engineer and Google Tasks also help me organize my projects tasks.

Summarize Topics
Schedule Appointments
General Notes
Project Managment
Cons
Subtasks
Recurrence
Mobile and Desktop Sync
Likelihood to Recommend
Google Tasks is good for tracking ideias and made notes, also to organize your daily tasks, for small scenarios is appropriate, but when comes to bigger control and interactions with team members is not recommended as lacks some important features.

I use Google Tasks for keeping track of my personal tasks. As an organizational tool used in collaboration with other team members it does not work very well because it is too individual and not sophisticated enough. (Which is exactly how I want it for keeping track of my personal tasks.) A more complex project management tool like ClickUp is better for group task creation and management. I see other members within our team also using Google Tasks for their own personal task creation and management.
Pros
Simplicity
Integration with phones and other Google apps
Tactile feedback for checking off tasks
Keeping a history of past tasks/ adding details to existing tasks
Cons
No dedicated website, must be accessed through locations like Gmail's sidebar
The phone widget is buggy on certain phone models such as the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Pro
Google Tasks allows our team to manage, capture, and edit our tasks. With to-dos at the ready, we are able to be productive throughout the day. The Google Task mobile app allows you to sync tasks across all your devices too. Integrations with Gmail and Google Calendar help you get tasks done even faster!
Pros
Syncs with other devices
Accessible anywhere you can sign in with Google
Clear, organized interface
Cons
It doesn't let you tag others or share lists like other to-do apps
It doesn't have a stand-alone web app
It is not convenient to work offline
Likelihood to Recommend
Google Tasks organizes tasks, projects, and activities in a simple and efficient way. With reminders of to-dos, Google Tasks helps us manage our time well. The ability to create tasks directly from an email in Gmail and view tasks in the side panel couldn't be more convenient! In an industry with more projects than we can manage at times, Google Tasks keeps everything in order.

The most crucial part of maintaining daily checklists and prioritizing tasks is Google Tasks, which is widely used by most teams within the organization. Managing capacity and ensuring that everyone has sufficient work for the day without overloading members of the team is crucial for team management. Thanks to its automatic synchronization with our email, we can save tasks automatically and be sure that nothing gets missed.
Pros
Auto sync with Gmail.
Easy accessibility on multiple devices.
Free to use: Come as a part of GSuite.
Cons
Syncing items/tasks from another email client is not possible.
Likelihood to Recommend
In small organizations or on a personal level, Google tasks is an immediate solution when it comes to managing personal to-do lists or tracking colleagues' tasks as well. GSuite makes the tool/option easy to integrate with other Google tools because it is included as a part of the suite. Auto-synching your calendar and email help reduce the time spent on them.

Before having some more complex and complete project and activity management tools, we used Google Tasks to create activity control lists because we used Google's G Suite and from this integration, it was easy to access and manage. The software has been used throughout our headquarters and was a perfect way for us at IT to checklist after completing the tasks as a way to check and evaluate as a productivity tool. It is a relatively simple software but it collaborates in analyzing and optimizing the progress of daily, weekly and monthly activities and is trusted by the Google brand.
Pros
Google Tasks has Gmail and calendar integration.
Possibility to create to-do lists that can be shared with other colleagues.
Visual highlight for overdue tasks.
Easy to create to-do lists.
Possibility to create reminders and notifications.
Cons
There is more customization options in the software.
Very simple interface.
Likelihood to Recommend
Google Tasks is a recommended tool that contributed to the time we used to keep activities organized and planned from checklists performed every day, reminders and notifications and sharing tasks with other colleagues. The department had greater productivity in its tasks during this period. With the integration with G Suite, Gmail and calendar made the work even easier as it allowed to use the tool on any device such as notebook, smartphone, tablet, Mac.
My team uses Google Tasks to schedule their tasks and plan them as per the priority. We can add sub-tasks as well and add any notes which are required for that task. It just syncs up with your calendar and the best is you can add your friend's calendar too. It is helping our team to schedule the tasks and have a deadline on them. Also, a good thing it all comes up in the Google suite package.
Pros
Easy to use
Create Tasks
Free version has alot of functionalities
Auto Sync with Email
Cons
Task Hiding feature should be added
UI can be more interactive
Difficult to sync with Outlook, Thunderbird etc
Likelihood to Recommend
Google Tasks plays a pretty well role in my day-to-day life. I am very much used to it, scheduling my tasks so that I remember what to do next. A lot of features are provided in the free version of Google Tasks. But UI can be improved and built more user-friendly. Easy to do list added a plus point to it.
We as a digital team are using Google Tasks a lot to maintain our daily tasks and to prioritize and track them properly. The best thing about this is its tight integration with Gmail. It helps us to put it on our to-do list so the team would not miss something really important. It also [allows] the team to track our campaigns and prioritize them based on their go-live dates. Also it is a part of Google Suite (G-Suite) so it has an immediate syncing with other Google tools like Google Drive.
Pros
Easy to use
Free of cost
Available on all platforms/App
Integration with mailbox
Cons
No integration with other apps
Likelihood to Recommend
Possibly a great tool if your official work is dependent/ linked on Gmail. However, if you are using some other email client then would be a bit difficult to sync everything on Google Tasks from them. It is a well-suited tool with a bit of effort to put everything in the tasks bar. Once added then it is available for all the team to track it on a place and prioritize the stuff.

We used Google Tasks to keep track of all upcoming to dos and any other random ideas across people. We wanted to cut down on emails and it fulfilled its job, however we were not very fond of the set up for our purposes. We did switch platforms since then, but still use a lot of the other google tools.
Pros
Great integrated with other google products.
Easily accessible.
Works great in a team.
Cons
Different layout options.
More features in the tasks directly without switching platforms.
Likelihood to Recommend
If other google products are already in use, it is very easy to get into Google Tasks as well and everybody probably has a google account, hence, does not need another account as well. It is helpful for simple to do lists, we would not recommend for larger project planning.
