We use Google sheets to track and update projects in real time by multiple people in various locations. We also use it as a bridge between other applications and Tableau via Zapier.

Google Sheets is suitable for just about every standard Excel task (though I haven't tried to use it for visual analysis or pivot tables). It is particularly strong as the middleman connection point between programs via Zapier. It's extremely useful for sharing and updating information among multiple, geographically dispersed coworkers.

I use it to collaborate with my team on spreadsheets, map out processes and check them off as we do it, create any formulas, and things like that. I often use it daily.

Google Sheets is well suited for new hire and leaver process tracking. It's also helpful for salary increase percentages and other financial updates.

Google sheets have been a lifesaver for me, as it allows me to collaborate with 2 or more team members. The best part about google sheets? Google Sheets is an affordable and easy-to-use tool that can help you collaborate with others. It's free if you take out a Gmail account, but the business version allows for sharing data in bulk from entire organizations. Google sheets are not very recommendable when you don't have the opportunity to access an internet browser in order to work with data and download information.

We are using Google Sheets as a department. We are able to link our Jira to Google Sheets which allows us to organize all our tasks to be presented in one sheet. Our sheet is also organized by people so each team member can see all their tasks and projects in one concise place. This allows us to be organized and aware of where everything is.

Google Sheets is a great option when trying to organize tasks for team members. While working through Jira, we were able to pull all the data we needed, from status, who to assign to, and when tasks were due, In a scenario where you want organization, Google Sheets is for you!

Google Sheets is widely used in my organization. The main reason for using it is due to its feature of being a cloud application. This makes is very easy for collaboration with teams and sharing of the data without any inconvenience. Accessing the data becomes real hassle free task and with its improved fastness and smoothness in its performance, it is definitely becoming the first choice for many.

Google Sheets is very well suited for large teams or when collaborating with multiple teams as it becomes easier to access data from cloud. Multiple updates can be done simultaneously without any hassles making it easier to work. It is not as helpful when we need to use data for graphical representations ( charts) and also for pivot tables.

Our whole company uses Google Sheets for campaign tracking and accounting. Within Marketing we use it to target brands we need contacts for and who we have and have not reached out to. For our multiple campaigns, we use it to track which stage the campaign is in and update it for all departments to be able to check the progress at any time. It is also very useful for easily inputting multiple fields of data and then downloading as a .csv file so we can upload to our internal dashboard.

Google Sheets is great for teams of colleagues who need to track and update analytics in real time from multiple locations. If you need to easily upload data you can input into Google Sheets, then download as a .csv file to then easily upload to internal databases. Basically, anywhere you need to input data across various cells and access the data from any location, Google Sheets works perfectly.

Google Sheets offers some the best features when it comes to handling data. The software can import data from other software such as Google forms and also makes it easy to share data across departments or teams hence better collaboration. Google Sheets is easily accessible and using and understanding its different features is easy as well. Whether it is data management, presentations, manipulations, or data collaboration, Google Sheets never disappoints. It has been a resourceful software and is deployed across several departments.

Google Sheets is a great tool mostly for people in the finance department such as accountants who have to analyze hundreds of transactions. The software makes it easy to organize data and handle some analysis. Also, when it comes to data presentation, Google Sheets offers some of the best features. However, this is not to sat people outside the finance docket cannot benefit from this software. It is a great tool to have when handling data.

Long time heavy excel user...switched and utilize Google Sheets for most (but not all) spreadsheet work. The work from home (with the switching being in the office and home) has made [working] through the pandemic easier. It is used by accounting only. I also use the Google Suite with my home financials also.

We use all the Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides) at my organization, primarily due to the ease of collaboration and sharing across teams. Specifically with Google Sheets, my team is able to track and analyze data collaboratively, allowing different members to add, edit, and comment within the spreadsheet. The features are robust and while not fully capable of what Excel can offer, will likely meet the spreadsheet needs of most users.

For most office workers, Google Sheets offers sufficient capability and provides excellent collaboration and sharing for teams. And even because it has fewer features, it is likely even easier to use for some beginner spreadsheet users. I'm not familiar with the Enterprise cost but I feel it's likely better than Microsoft's. For small SMBs, they likely can use it for free or nearly free.

However, if your team needs more complex formulas and functions and conducts more complicated data analysis, Sheets may not offer you enough.

We use Google sheets in many ways, such as;

• Use it as a collaboration tool dynamic sheet that we can share with others in real-time
• We use it as a webhook to connect to other integration tools for sharing information from one system to another
• We also use it to capture online form entries from Google Forms
• We also connect it to different email software so we can run email campaigns using Google Sheet

Google sheets is great for groups or organizations that need to collaborate and share information in real-time as well as being easy to use. Since it is free and it is at no cost to any organization to start and deploy this solution, there really is no decision-making necessary.
