We use Freestyle Multichannel Order Management (MOM) for our order management software. It is efficient and functions well enough and integrates with our store front. I don't have many complaints about MOM other than it has a tendency to freeze if you leave it open too long. Overall I'd recommend MOM since the learning curve isn't very steep and it has a good range of features.

MOM is not well suited as a CRM, though it can be used in that role. It is a good program to use for order management. It probably isn't well suited to be the only program you use, but certainly can help in an auxiliary role.
