I have a Forma card that I used for the work out facility here at our building and then have enough left over each month to take the family out to eat once or twice. The only issues that I've ever had are that some random places that are considered entertainment are not approved through the forma site.

I think Forma is pretty clear on the intention of using the funds to either positively contribute to your health or getting out with your friends and family. It takes some sting out of extracurricular activities that can, otherwise, be expensive. I think some people have tried to use it for stuff other than what it is intended for. This goes back to people not knowing which businesses will be considered acceptable to use Forma at.

I'm an individual user of this platform. I find the platform is very easy to navigate and make purchases. My only issue has been trying to remediate a lost package. It took several weeks to resolve. But, all of the products are stellar and the customer service response team has been great.

I was able to purchase equipment for physical therapy. I was able to do it at home virtually instead of having to go the traditional route, which saved a lot of time.
