We use Fleet Complete to manage and track our company's assets. We have trackers on all of our trucks, trailers, and pieces of equipment. Our mechanic also uses it to keep track of maintenance performed on equipment.
Pros
- Affordable.
- Includes a lot of added benefits such as BigRoad.
Cons
- Desktop version is very outdated. Needs to be created to work with Macs as well.
- The trackers will stop working without notifying you. Would be nice if there was an alert when they were getting low or not reporting.
Likelihood to Recommend
Fleet Complete is a great software with a great build. I would just like to see them update some of the features. The desktop version is a big item that really could use an update. They also need to set up an alert system that will notify you when a tracker stops working.
Other than that, it is an easy to use system. The trackers are easy to install and there are numerous reports that you are able to pull on demand. Great for IFTA tracking!
