We have used Eventsforce to organize one of our events. The event was a management level event and it required a lot of decision making, eventsforce was hence used. We were new to this application but it was easy to use. We now use it in small scale for some scheduling purposes and payment solutions.

An event which consist of collecting attendees details to post event analysis can use this product. If you are organizing both public and private events, eventsforce will be great solution. Eventsforce is also a great solution for big events that consist of different sessions that need different registrations, volunteers etc. It is a great solution considering the time it could save in event planning.
