Pros
- Easy access to records
- Messaging
- Viewing appointment history, requesting appts etc.
Cons
- There are rarely any technical issues, but having the option to hit a button within the chart and call would be nice.
Return on Investment
- A huge time saver for staff and physicians to be able to answer questions via this platform vs. phoning in every patient scenario
- Minimizes the need for a formal medical records department
- I find that patients don't always know how to use it and I have never heard of help sessions or a specific number for sign up help etc.
