Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Engagedly is mostly used in my organization to conduct performance reviews quarterly and yearly. This is also used for posting praises for the associates, whether by management or colleagues, we are working with. Through Engagedly my organization also assigns courses based on the company's goal whether it may be in regard of our customer's privacy or workplace conduct.

If we have something due that needs action, Engagedly needs to notify me.
If their are some courses on improvement, Engagedly should suggest it
Should conduct surveys for which contains some information which can elevate the thinking of the person using it

The thing Engagedly is well suited because it helps me see the previous performance review as and when needed so that I see my growth over time. The area of improvement I see is if Engagedly does any updates so that it can give us course recommendations for personal growth and development.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used Engagedly to manage corporate goals, review quarterly check-ins, and praise my colleagues. I have also used Engagedly to learn new skills for my role through course selection from my organization. The scope of my use case ranges from moderate to high usage throughout the year.

Pros

Managing tasks on a regular interval i.e. my quarterly tasks are easy to access and update
Goal setting and keeping track of said goals
Praising and interacting with others

Cons

The ease of access can be improved with the interface being more easy to use
The courses selection section can have a lot of added functionality
Goal setting could use a lot of elaborating features

Likelihood to Recommend

For yearly goal tracking, reviewing performance, quarterly check-ins, and courses, I would recommend Engagedly highly.

Engagedly helps motivate team members by having a praise wall, people praise each other while they like something about them. Not only that it also have quarterly review checkins to analyze one's performance by various parameters. This helps employees to know where they need improvement and they can analyze various quarterly results. It also allows to have courses/Video information updates.

I think so in a medium enterprise it's suited well however in a large organization it can become a bit Charice for a manager to keep track of 50 people under his or her team to check their performance and provide them similar experience. Hence for low to medium scale its suitable in my opinion.

Use it for Performance management, surveys and e-learning Currently do not have an effective performance management process in place which is our current focus. We're currently looking at both probationary and bi-annual reviews, incorporating the goal-setting feature.

The survey module is quite basic, you cant set up surveys with answers that lead to different routes, i.e. if no ask this, if yes ask that

Well suited for tech-savvy companies & I think you would need to utilize all of the Engagedly features for it to be effective in the business - for example, if you only use 1 or 2 features, then I don't think it would be used enough to be worth having. I really like that Engagedly incorporates a range of features to give a good overall scope of enhancing employee engagement.

It's helped us with performance reviews and goal setting. It's been critical to have a central location that allows us to capture performance reviews along with dashboards that support our progress.

I have mainly used it for performance reviews. I think it's a solid tool to leverage for a company of our size and ensure accurate tracking of everyone's statuses leading up to mid-year and annual reviews. It's especially suited for global companies that have employees working on a remote basis or a hybrid model.

We were looking for a customizable Performance Management tool that allows us to tweak the process to our liking. Furthermore, we wanted a tool that's easy to use and looks engaging, topics such as performance management are not always sexy and if the tool looks like straight out of the 90s you are pretty much doomed to fail. We use it for performance evaluation, goal setting, surveys, and mentor meeting tracking. It helped us integrate evaluations and goals in one place and streamlined our evaluation process.

Notifications - it would be better if individuals can customize what notifications to receive
Project review function - it would help if we can set up a review form that can be used any time of the year as many times as the reviewer want to use with more structure than the current feedback function (such as rating scale etc.)
It would be helpful if the mentor meeting function is included, not additional.

Likelihood to Recommend

It will be suited if the employer has many employees and teams and needs to consolidate all reviews in one place. It will be less appropriate for a smaller employer that cannot assign a specialist/champion who can learn and master how to use it effectively.

Engagedly is used within our organization for job postings, shout-outs amongst peers, and training courses. It allows for a connection within the company to be in the know about positions both within your department as well as in other departments. Engagedly allows for acknowledgment of colleague successes and appreciation. The training courses allow for a comprehensive approach to satisfy documentation of training.

Better notifications of engagement in postings.
Improved sharing of postings, especially shout-outs.

I think Engagedly is great for acknowledging peers on successes, as well as showing your appreciation for supportive roles they may have played. It not only allows for the rest of the organization to see where this particular colleague shined but also allows for rewarding this accomplishment via the point store.
