Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Abacus for our expense reimbursement for our employees and committee members. It's mainly used for travel expense reimbursements, but it's also used for reimbursing other expenses, too.
Pros
- It's easy to use.
- The integration with Intacct is good.
Cons
- Support is lacking in my opinion.
Return on Investment
- Virtually all of our expense reimbursement runs through Abacus. It has reduced the time from incurring the expense to reimbursement significantly.
- It's easy to properly record the transaction. Accuracy is improved.
- The integration with Sage Intacct is efficient. Man hour time is saved
