Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Abacus for our expense reimbursement for our employees and committee members. It's mainly used for travel expense reimbursements, but it's also used for reimbursing other expenses, too.
Pros
It's easy to use.
The integration with Intacct is good.
Cons
Support is lacking in my opinion.
Return on Investment
Virtually all of our expense reimbursement runs through Abacus. It has reduced the time from incurring the expense to reimbursement significantly.
It's easy to properly record the transaction. Accuracy is improved.
The integration with Sage Intacct is efficient. Man hour time is saved

It is a very useful platform it helps me effectively, it allows me to put restrictions on the dates, till a card could be used.
Embrace Abacus has provided me much relief and saved my time which was spent in chalking out the financial status of my organization.
Emburse Abacus has equipped me with amazing features which are helping me to automatically set various limits about the expenditures and I always remain up to date about any purchase.
Cons
There is some issue with the mobile application and also this application is difficult to utilize practically.
I wished some more training videos are available for better guidance and operation.
Its installation and configuration requires some time and took much effort.
Return on Investment
It is giving reliable services.
I am happy with its user-friendly services. Since I have issued the virtual and physical cards, I am getting real-time, and end-to-end control over my employee expenses. They can now easily go to visits and this has built their trust too. Further through receipts and expense details, I can easily control the pre-set budgets and easily configure rules to control spending.
I will also like to praise their customer care team they are very helpful and always ready to assist.
